Seit 11 Uhr wird zurückgebetet! - prayers since 11

Am 8. Juni um 11 Uhr startete die 31-Stunden-Gebetsoffensive für KickOff. Bis zum Beginn des Eröffnungsspieles am 9. Juni wird Stunde für Stunde heiß um Gottes Segnung für die WM gebetet. Wir hier in Leipzig sind aufgeregt und angespannt, tausend Kleinigkeiten scheinen noch unerledigt zu sein, wir bekommen die berühmte Panik, so kurz vor dem Start ins Ungewisse...Aber obwohl wir merken, dass Satan so einiges tut um uns zu schwächen spüren wir auch, wie Gott über allem steht. Am Nachmittag haben wir ein "Küchentraining" für unser Fußballcafé. Danach gibt es einen Mitarbeitergottesdienst, und wir haben eine Hyme für unsere Aktionen während der WM hier in Leipzig: "Es ist vollbracht! Er hat den Sieg!..."
Wir sind gespannt, was Gott tun wird, um Seine Macht in Leipzig zu demonstrieren.

8th of june at 11 a.m. the prayer-offensive for kickoff started. Until the start of opening game on 9th of june it will be prayed hour by hour for the Lords blessing of the Worlcup. We here in Leipzig are excites, a thousand small things seem to be undone, an we get a little panic now... But although we recognise, that satan tries to weaken us, we do feel, that GOD is above all. In the afternoon we have a kitchen-training for the soccer-café. Then there is a service for the workers, and we have a hymne for our actions during the worldcup here in Leipzig: "It is finished! He´s got the victory! ..." We are excited of what God will do, to show His power in Leipzig.
